Is the Nursery Toothbrushing Programme only available in Local Authority Nurseries?

Every three and four-year-old attending nursery in Scotland, whether it be a local authority, voluntary or private nursery is eligible to be offered:
- free daily supervised toothbrushing in their nursery
- free dental packs, which contain a toothbrush, toothpaste of at least 1000 parts per million (ppm) fluoride and oral health messages
- oral health education.
